Welcome loves - as always take this opportunity to find a space for yourself that allows you to be comfortable, held, and connected.
Light a candle, be warm, have water to hand. Before you start take three deep breaths into the heart, feeling the expansion on the out breath. Feel the connection with the Earth below.
There is no right or wrong way to receive the sound, but it is important to make a space for allowing and release. You may feel activated, maybe it will be a deeply sub-conscious experience, you may feel energised to move - all is good.
Allow your breath to guide you through any experiences of discomfort, lean into it gently, the sound that is dissonant for us is often the sound we need most.
Give yourself time to come round after the sound. Drink lots of water and if you feel ungrounded it’s good to get your bare feet on the ground. If you want to be still then just allow the wisdom of your body to guide you.
