We come to the season of autumn, and the fall, and Equinox. In this extraordinary venue, we have the opportunity to explore the process of letting go, to surrendering all that doesn’t serve us, to listening to the wisdom of the trees, to offering ourselves as an expression of beauty that can serve all humanity and the Earth at this time.

A Gong Bath in the Music Room at the Royal Pavilion it’s always a sublime experience. We process in ceremony down to the room, we lie and absorb a deep sound and gong bath. We have time before and after to connect, to come into a sense of community and offering, and to consider what it is we need to let go of at this time so that we can come into the highest expression of our being on this earth at this time.
