On December 13th we will take time to immerse in a 4 hour Gong Bath & Ceremony in preparation for the Winter Solstice energies.
This will be a time for celebrating & welcoming the return of the light whilst also consciously preparing space for our inner work, for self-reflection as we head into the darker months, going deep into the Earth, composting and resting in preparation of birthing the new in Spring.
We come to the season of autumn, and the fall, and Equinox. In this extraordinary venue, we have the opportunity to explore the process of letting go, to surrendering all that doesn’t serve us.
A Gong Bath in the Music Room at the Royal Pavilion it’s always a sublime experience. We process in ceremony down to the room, we lie and absorb a deep sound and gong bath. We have time before and after to connect, to come into a sense of community and offering, and to consider what it is we need to let go of at this time so that we can come into the highest expression of our being.
